Over on the review & contest some cool stuff is going down!

So over on my Review and Contest blog, you can see the review to the book Uncubicled. I read it on my Kindle as many of you may remember. It was pretty good so I tweeted about it, giving the author his due props. He asked in return I write a review for Amazon for it. I did, then copied the review to my new blog. It was my first review. Next I had the long awaited dog bike basket found and ordered. What the hell, let;s post my 2 cents on that too. Done. Now I need ideas for a contest or two.

There is a lip product called, I kid you not, Chicken Poop! Honestly this was going to be the kick off contest. Something along the lines of, "I give a shit about your lips." Come on it's is right up my warped sense of humor! A couple tubes of Chicken Poop to a couple winners one grand prize getting a tube and something like Cornhusker lotion (as I reside in the Cornhusker state currently) or Udderly Smooth, keeping it all farm-like. Though I don't live on a farm, more like a zoo with, Corey, Logan and Sully! :)

I will likely buy an extra copy of the new Collective Soul CD and give one away. But that isn't till August. And it will NOT be signed as I can't even get a signed pic for Logan. Darn it. My hopes with this contest they see the tweet and re-tweet it giving me the flood of traffic I got on here. They are all about the whole social networking thing, so it is shamelessly right up their alley! If they miss the tweet, someone will still be getting a rockin' CD so really there is no downside to it!

So to the gist of this whole rambling post...I got in touch with author of Uncubicled, he agreed to send out an autographed copy of the book to the winner of my blog contest.
