Today was a big day

We bought Logan a smaller bike, yes, the same as the one we gave away of last year. Corey said it was too small...uh ha! We surprised him with it when he woke this morning. By the time we were up and some what functioning we were off to the AC parking lot to work on maneuvering with the smaller bike. It was all about building his confidence, since he can ride on the 16inch bike, was closer to the ground and made it mentally easier since he could flat foot touch the ground with no problems. Also the center of gravity is all concentrated with the smaller bike, so for about 45 bucks (again). By 10am he was off on his own. We brought him home after about 15 minutes, moved the seat up, and he took off down the street. The neighbors coming out cheering him on. We are so proud of him! In all 4 tries, for a total of just under 2 hours and he's about 95% able to do it on his own. Now, we will continue practice, and get him ready for real bike rides. and now I have to purchase a basket for the front of my bike for Sully.
